AOL India is also offering a free @aol.in email address and since they launched just moments ago, chances are that you can grab an email user name of your choice.
AOL India search is powered by Google and users get the option to limit their search to India specific websites.
AOL.in maybe designed to take on Yahoo! India portal but they still have some way to go especially in terms of content.

Just compare aol.in to http://in.yahoo.com/. AOL has ripped off Yahoo's design..
They look so similar. Only the color and logo is different.

According to this page, even AOL Mail is also giving unlimited storage space, though there are some caveats.
