DI reader Sukhwant Sandhu is looking procedure to help him shift all his photographs from Yahoo! Photos to his Google Picasa Web Albums account. So here's a step by step tutorial followed by a video tutorial at the end:
Step 1: Install the free Yahoo! PhotoMail plugin on IE browser by clicking the Get Started button on this page. Step 2: Compose a new email message inside Yahoo! Mail and you will see a button called "Insert Photos" next to the "Attach Files" button.
Step 3: Click the Insert Photo button, choose the Yahoo! Photos from the dialog that appears and drag-n-drop Yahoo! Photo albums to the message. Yahoo! will automatically attach all pictures from the album to your message. Click OK.

Either send that email to your Gmail account and download all the Yahoo! Photos as a Zip file to your hard drive or address that to your secret Flickr photo address to upload on Flickr via email.
Tip: The Yahoo! PhotoMail plugin is currently available only for IE. The attachment size limit is 10 MB so if you have hundreds of photographs in your Yahoo! Photos albums, send them to Flickr or GMail using multiple emails.
Watch the video screencast demo on how to download Yahoo! Photos to hard disk.

Thanks a lot for this info. I got it to work in I.E. but only after switching from Yahoo Beta mail back to the original. Wonder why no add-on for Firefox? Again, I appreciate the heads up and your tutorial.

Amit,
I dont think you can download all the fotos as a single zip file from Gmail (as mentioned in your article). Coz Yahoo isnt sending all the fotos in the mail, only the thumbnails. If you want to save on your computer, click on the link "save to My Computer" at the top of the mail, then another page opens, and you have to save each and every foto one by one!
Really cumbersome!
Pls check yourself and correct your article. I ahev also blogged about your tip:

Thank you dude, I was worrying on how to make shift from yahoo photos to other sites. Such decisions are harmful for the users/consumers. Its lesson learn't that save a copy on local harddrive before uploading to any website.
Once again thank you for the tip.
