You know, I'm getting really tired of encountering blatantly sexist titles like "How to Explain _____ to Your Mom."
I'm 59, female, and have designed computer systems since 1971. (Were you even born then?) And I've been working online since 1981.
My mom, who is 82, has been active online since 1987.
Neither of us needs help understanding something something as rudimentary (and braindead) as del.icio.us bookmarks, for god's sake. Nor, for that matter, does my sister, who is 61 and has been teaching database design and administration at UCLA since 1984.
Next time, how about a self-help article on teaching your ignorant male grandchildren how to avoid sexist language (and thinking)?
Thanks, Babycheeks!

Babycheeks, please don't get personal, and please don't feel offended. You have a terrific profile, but how many moms do you think have a profile rivaling yours?
