The Blogger Team is working extra hard to block access to blogs that contain objectionable material. Thousands of blogs# hosted on blogspot.com have been disabled for violation of Blogger policies and the list is growing.
When Blogger flags a blog for review, it disables public access though the original author may still view and edit the blog as before. You are likely to see the following error message when you come across a porn blog that's on Blogger:

It doesn't look like you are an author of this blog.Blogger's content policy on pornography says that you cannot host sites for the primary purpose of garnering commercial traffic through pornography as these sites tend to take up a disproportionate amount of resources.
In order to maintain a free and open service for the majority of our users, we choose to forbid commercial pornography on Blog*Spot.Does that mean you can host porn material on blogger but if your blog gets popular, Google may disable or delete it ?
