Do you want to add a simple "Contact Me" page on your blog but fear of spam is holding you from sharing your personal email address on the webpage ? No problem, check out Contactify.
Contactify creates an instant personal contact form for your email address - people can send you email messages via that contact form though your email address remains hidden.

Thanks for info on this service. I was desperately in need of such service. Till now I have been using tinymailto.com, but wasn't very happy with its concept.

:) :) :)
nice info man. But it will not allow us to add contact form to our site. so it's better if we can add to our site only using simple HTML code.
if you are interested in reading how to add simple contact form , read it.

I think it's an interesting concept, but I wouldn't use it until the company posts some sort of privacy policy. I don't see anything that states what they do with the info they collect.

Well, jotform is also a good option. either add the form to your site or just link to it. I am using it to get SMS on my mobile.
