Amazon is taking some extreme steps to gain control over Alexa stats and graphs.
Earlier, Amazon forced Alexaholic.com to change their name to Statsaholic.com, then Amazon blocked Statsaholic.com from displaying Alexa traffic charts on their website.
Today, Amazon added a huge "Alexa Watermark" to all their traffic charts (see screenshot).
The Alexa watermark occupies a third area of the chart and it's size is proportional to the dimension of Alexa chart.
Alexa data is far from accurate and this latest "watermark" development might reduce their popularity even more.The charts look more like an advertisement of Alexa than anything useful.
