Rich Chart Live is a free service that lets you create attractive charts and graphs in Macromedia Flash format. These charts can either be embedded in blogs or inside your Powerpoint presentations as Flash files.
The data can either be directly entered into the grid or you can import from software like Microsoft Excel, OpenOffice Calc or even Google Spreadsheets.
Every element of the Flash charts is customizable from effects to background to color schemes. The only downside, there's a small logo in the free version but should be perfectly acceptable.

Doesn't seem to show up when trying to print the page that has embedded flash chart. Deal breaker for me.

You can also use FusionCharts Google Gadget to embed Flash Charts in your blog. See http://www.fusioncharts.com/GG
Best part - it's completely free and doesn't include any logo or link back..

I like Rich Chart Live the best because of its cool interface to create charts.
FusionCharts is a little bit awkward...
