» Throw your TV set and the computer out of the bedroom.

» Take a cool shower before jumping into the bed.

» Wear loose cotton clothes (preferable white) - no denims or trousers please.

» Fix a sleeping schedule and stick to the routine honestly.

» Reduce intake of spices, chocolates and caffeine, especially after lunchtime.

» Do some physical work or Yoga exercises some 3-4 hours before the sleeping time.

For the best night's sleep, sleep nude. It is much more comfortable than wearing anything at all to bed.

sure sleep nude preceeded by a glass of warm milk after a cold shower.

Stick on to regular bed time rituals such as warm bath. Warm shower just before bed is much helpful than cold shower. Another tip is to take a glass of warm milk mixed a spoon full of honey and most important all limit your day time sleeping hours.

* Take warm milk with some honey
* Get nude
* listen to some soft music
* Get into the bed nude, you will get a best sleep.
