Windows Vista Code Rewrite Rumour False

Scoble has strongly denied the claim that Windows Vista is being rewritten. Dave won't agree until until someone from Microsoft confirms this.

Scoble further writes that Vista is code complete at this point and the only parts that are being rewritten are when there are bugs. No programmers have been moved from Xbox to Windows.

The Microsoft Xbox employees have also denied any Xbox developers moving over to the Windows Vista team.

Looking at the manner in which Scoble and XBox team are defending their points, I am ready to believe that "60% of Vista is not being rewritten".
